Conducting screening interviews before forwarding the resume to the client;
    - forwarding only those CVs that are the best possible match to clients’ requirementthus conserving valuable time and ensuring        productivity
    - collecting all the information related to local regulations as well as residence permits to ensure the forwarded CVs can be        pursued for transfer if selected, which in turn saves both time and costs for clients
 Discussing screened candidates directly with the requisitioning department heads
 Arranging interviews with requisitioning departments through our "Matching Session"
 Ensuring punctuality in timing of arrival of candidates
 Following up with the department heads for results
 Informing and negotiating with candidates related to interview results and offers
 Facilitating through coordination of visas and residence permit formalities
