STCI’s founder, Ahsan S. Razzaq, completed Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University, USA in July 1993. Ahsan started his career with P&G in 1994 in Karachi, Pakistan in supply chain management. Through his attention to details, focus on quality, and emphasis on work process simplification he streamlined and enhanced planning and purchasing systems to deliver superior results with reduced cost and resources. In 1998, he was transferred to P&G’s office in Jeddah to establish the position of supply planning where he continued to focus on work process simplification and supported the sales growth through superior product availability planning. Ahsan then joined Henkel in Riyadh as Director for Planning and Purchasing in 2001 and continued his drive to increase sales through product availability planning and to increase profits through cost savings. Through out his career, Ahsan continued to support human resource development through designing and delivering trainings for P&G and Henkel. In 2003, Ahsan started his own consulting and hence STCI came in to existence.
